MOSCOW, May 18 (PRIME) -- A number of Facebook users have faced difficulties in the service’s work with technical issues witnessed mainly in Russia and North European countries, according to data seen by PRIME on Friday on DownDetector, an online portal monitoring issues with all kinds of services.
In total, 52% of users are facing full malfunctioning of Facebook, 32% are having problems when logging in the social network and 15% cannot download images.
Instagram users also earlier reported of issues.
